Dr. Choolwe M. Choolwe
Dr. Choolwe M Choolwe is the Managing Consultant of Success Practitioners and a distinguished expert in Leadership, Strategy, Performance Management, and people solutions. With over two decades of experience, he has consulted for over 250 organizations, including governments, international organizations, corporate entities, and countless executive coaching clients. As a John C. Maxwell Certified Leadership and Management Speaker, Trainer, Mentor, and Coach, Dr. Choolwe holds the prestigious Executive Director Level License, the highest level in the Maxwell Leadership Team. His extensive background, from unionism under ZUFIAW to management across various industries, enables him to integrate leadership perspectives from the shopfloor to the C-suite. This earned him recognition for his contribution to leadership by Emmanuel Christian University International in Bloemfontein, South Africa, in February 2023, when he was awarded an Honorary Professorship in Theology and Leadership. In addition, he is an accredited member and trainer for the Institute of Directors of Zambia (IoDZ) as well as the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM), underscoring his unwavering value for professionalism.
As a Balanced Scorecard Expert, Dr. Choolwe holds a triple certification by UNZA, California State University, and the Balanced Scorecard Institute in the use of the BSC framework in Strategy Formulation, Execution, and Performance Management, which has elevated his ability to align strategic objectives with performance metrics, driving significant organizational improvement and growth.
Dr. Choolwe’s expertise is amplified by his qualifications, which include a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidacy from Heriot-Watt University for completion by December 2024, a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Organizational Leadership from Team Impact University, USA, and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University – Edinburgh Business School, UK. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Copperbelt University in Kitwe, Zambia.
Furthermore, Dr. Choolwe is a gazetted Public Prosecutor, a trained Diplomat under the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies, as well as a sought-after speaker both locally and internationally. His reputation as an ardent speaker is a testament to his innate ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals and teams. His exceptional communication and presentation skills contribute to effective knowledge dissemination and active engagement during training sessions.
He is also the Founder and President of the Gospel Envoys Church, which has over 232 branches, including churches and Gospel Envoys Students Fellowships in colleges and universities across Zambia and beyond. His role in founding and expanding Gospel Envoys Church underscores his dedication to strategic leadership and his capacity to lead and cultivate growth effectively.
